Mary Huffman, Realtor with Howard Hanna, is celebrating her 33rd year as a full time Realtor in Erie, PA. 

Mary was born in St. Louis, MO but has lived in Millcreek Township of Erie, PA for most of her life. She attended Our Lady's Christian Elementary School, McDowell High School & Gannon University. 

Mary has been a consistent top producing agent and was awarded top producer of her office in 2024 & 2025. She closed over $14 million dollars in real estate volume both years. She is a consistent listing leader in her office year after year.  This sales accomplishment qualified her for National Sales Excellence meaning she is in the top 5% of Realtors nationwide.  

Mary has received the following designations, Residential Relocation Specialist & Graduate, Realtor's Institute. She was awarded Realtor of the Year in 2013,  Leadership PAR graduate, former PA RPAC trustee, Past President of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors, as well as, spent many years volunteering her time on the Board of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Howard Hanna's Children's Free Care Fund, Children's Miracle Network, and Purrista Cat Cafe.  Mary has been described as honest, trustworthy, patient, thorough, gracious, experienced, knowledgeable, flexible, professional and easy to work with.  

When Mary has a moment to herself, she enjoys gardening and flowers, exercising, DIY home projects, home decorating, beach glass hunting on the shores of Lake Erie and she is an accomplished cake decorator.
